How should I care for my succulents?
Every plant variety is different. If you choose succulents, they will need less frequent but more generous watering. As soon as the soil is dry, your plant needs water. If in doubt, feel free to consult our blog where we share several useful tips, including those on succulent care.

Are payments on Mimi Vert secure?
Your data is secured with encryption, ensuring seamless browsing on our site. We use an SSL (HTTPS) certificate to protect information exchanges and rely on Stripe, a global leader in online payments, to ensure secure and protected transactions.
My payment was declined, what can I do?
This can be due to several reasons, exceeding the authorized limit, error in banking information, technical problem.
If so, here are some suggestions: check your banking information (card number, expiration date, security code), try with another bank card, place an order via another browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.), opt for payment via PayPal, even without an account it works.
I paid customs fees, will you refund them?
Customs fees may apply to international orders, and these will be your responsibility.
What payment methods are accepted?
All types of bank cards are accepted, including PayPal payments.

I can't log in to my Mimi Vert account?
If you're already a Mimi Vert customer and are unable to log in, we recommend resetting your password. On the "My Account" page, click "Forgot Password" and follow the steps.
Can I combine multiple offers in my order?
Unfortunately, our offers cannot be combined. Therefore, when checking out your online shopping cart, you can only enter one promo code. It's up to you to select the offer that best suits your needs.
How much are the shipping costs?
Delivery costs are proportional to the weight of your order, the system calculates and displays the delivery costs corresponding to your transaction at the end of your basket.
I have not received my order confirmation email.
This one may have slipped into your spam or junk mail. You can also refer to your personal space on our website and you will find all your orders.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order directly in our "Track My Order" tab. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
My order is confirmed, can I change it?
Once your order is confirmed, you cannot change it. If you have any problems, contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution that meets your needs.
Does the invoice appear in my package?
No invoice is included in our Mimi Vert packages. It can be found directly in your order confirmation email and in your personal space. If you can't find it, you can contact us.
There is an error in my order / a broken pot, what should I do?
We are sincerely sorry for this incident. Please write to us and we will find a solution. Don't forget to include your order number.

Delivery time varies between 2 and 4 working days maximum depending on the shipping method chosen.

What is your return policy?
We accept all items within 30 days of your order date. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Simply contact us with your order number and we will send you a return label.
