Order processing

We process orders within 24 hours of receipt on business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Mimi Vert will make every effort to meet the delivery times indicated at the time of ordering for each product.

Delivery time

Delivery time varies depending on the shipping method you choose.

Colissimo : between 24/48 hours.
Colissimo to relay point : 2 working days.
Mondial Relay : 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping method chosen. Delivery estimates will be provided at the time of ordering. Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistics delays.

Any modification to an Order in progress may result in an extension of delivery times.

Products are delivered to the address provided when ordering. Please ensure you provide a correct and complete delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

When the product is delivered to the indicated address, it is important to check its condition in the presence of the delivery person and, in case of damage or shortage, to report it on the order form.

Return conditions

The returns

We are committed to your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible and convenient return and refund policy.

To initiate a return, please contact us directly at info@mimivert.fr , stating your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning your item.

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and initiate a return.

✔️ Items must be in their original, unused condition.
✔️ Incomplete, damaged or visibly used items will not be accepted.
✔️ Return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of defective or damaged products upon receipt.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
